During the meeting, the long-term effective cooperation with the company was emphasized, and bp's contributions to the development of Azerbaijan's energy sector were noted. Information was provided on the international energy projects of significant importance implemented through Azerbaijan's initiative and active participation, as well as measures related to the green energy transition, and opportunities for the development of partnership were highlighted.

The parties reviewed the directions on the agenda of joint activities. Discussions were held on increasing the efficiency of joint projects with the company, joint initiatives in green energy, improving work processes in line with global industry standards, decarbonization in oil and gas operations, and raising real value through the application of innovative methods.
