A delegation of the State Service for Property Issues, within the framework of its visit to the Republic of Korea, conducted an exchange of experience with representatives of relevant state institutions in the field of state registration and cadastre of real estate.

A delegation from the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy has held a series of meetings at the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatics Corporation (LX), which operates under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea, as well as at the Korea Real Estate Board and the company "Wavus." The purpose of these meetings was to exchange experiences and expand mutual cooperation in the fields of cadastre and real estate registration, geodesy, and national spatial data.

The delegation was briefed on the operations and information systems of the aforementioned government entities, along with their applied innovations and implemented long-term strategic state programs. Korean experts delivered presentations on digitalization efforts in the real estate cadastre, mapping, geodesy, national spatial data, and real estate valuation, as well as the artificial intelligence (AI) solutions utilized within these sectors.

Representatives of the State Service, in turn, provided information regarding the software and information systems currently applied in the state registration and cadastre of real estate in Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached to deepen cooperation between the two countries and to continue the ongoing exchange of expertise regarding digital cadastre and real estate registration systems.
